Bog Oak & Antique Bronze Petty

The handle of this AUS10 stainless steel Petty Knife is fashioned from Bog Oak wood, which has been preserved for five thousand years in the unique environment of a peat bog. The bog’s low oxygen and acidic conditions, enriched with iron salts and minerals, have protected the wood from decay, imparting its distinctive dark color.

The perfect pinch grip bolster is made from antique bronze and the blade is crafted from one the most durable and high quality stainless steels available, AUS 10, known for its edge retention and superior sharpness and stonewashed in-house. The blade is heat-treated to a hardness of 61 HRC.
