Orders
All orders are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days following the date of dispatch.

We typically ship in-stock ready to ship items within 24 hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process if we have a new product release. Orders are primarily shipped through USPS Priority (where delivery is available). Tracking information will be provided via e-mail address provided as soon as we process your order.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.

Dang! That's no good. Primeaux is not responsible for any lost package due to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. We can try and troubleshoot with you; send us an e-mail at orders@primeaux.us
Change of heart? No problem, we accept exchange or refunds within 30 days after delivery.
Your purchase should be returned in new and unused condition with all product packaging. Ensure that the item is safely wrapped to avoid scratches. Any damage caused by negligence in the return process will be the customer’s responsibility. Goods will be refunded upon inspection on arrival (excluding the original delivery charge). Please note that customized, damaged or items otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own assurance, we recommend that you send the parcel using an insured and trackable delivery service.
