Bog Oak & Silver Kiritsuke

The handle of this AUS10 stainless steel Kiritsuke is crafted from Bog Oak wood, preserved for five thousand years in a peat bog. The bog’s low oxygen and acidic conditions, enriched with iron salts and other minerals, protect the wood from decay and imbue it with its distinct dark color. The handle is also elegantly accented with silver inlay.

The perfect pinch grip bolster is made from polished anodized silver aircraft aluminum.
