This steel is made to resemble the sides of a weathered Viking ship. It is paired with a softly aged bronze bolster with beautiful copper hues that match the swirled Amboyna burl wood. With the softly rounded spine and choil areas this knife is a joy to use. Its rocking action makes it an ideal choice for just about everything, from chopping herbs and onions to slicing into steaks straight off the grill. Hardened to a respectable 62hrc this knife will keep sharp through extensive use.
