Introducing Knifemaking Classes at Primeaux!
We are so excited to be offering knifemaking classes at our shop!
Class dates are May 26-28! This class covers the basic design, construction, and principles of knifemaking in a two day hands on format. Students are provided two pieces of steel and will design and fabricate one Chef knife and one Paring knife. Students will learn basic handle construction from provided wood handle materials. Class participants will forge the entire blade from scratch, grind bevels and edges, and shape handles.
