Canary Wood Petty with Natural Bronze Bolster

This super classy and simple edition of our Meridian Petty knife is a literal ray of sunshine. The bright yellow of the exotic canary wood paired with the natural brass is a combo that is destined to age beautifully and make this a time honored piece for anyone's collection. This wood is not only known for its beautiful bright color but also its hardness!

Milled, stabilized, finished all right here in our Knoxville TN studio, and paired with the finest AEB-L stainless steel that we can source, which we also expertly treat with care 1 piece at a time in our studio.  

Primeaux's own pinch grip bolster crafted from solid bronze, helps keep the blade balanced at the pinch grip position and  allows for comfortable and safe cutting with correct posture to help you develop great habits in your cooking adventures. Little touches like our polished "choil" and spine also help keep hot spots from being created on your hands so you have the most comfortable food prep experience. 

This knife is an excellent day to day piece with little to worry about, given the excellent stone washed AEBL stainless steel that we heat treat meticulously one at a time. Petty knives are an ideal choice for jobs in the kitchen where you need a little more than a paring knife, but not quite a chef.
